Our Care Management Office has been designed for the convenience of our referring physicians, nurse case managers, adjusters and patients. All clients can call one central location to schedule patients for any of our centers through the West Central Florida area. We also assist with obtaining the authorizations needed for clients to have therapy. Adjusters and case managers can check on existing patients through our internal Case Management Department within the Care Management Office on the same call. Patients who use the Care Management Office will have the benefit of speaking with a friendly representative who will assist in the process of scheduling their first appointment as well as arrange for all aspects of proper billing. This includes verifying insurance coverage and obtaining authorization for treatment. Patients will be scheduled at the clinic most convenient to them.
Adjusters, Nurse Case Managers and Employers who use the Care Management Office appreciate the quick patient scheduling, which is usually within 24 hours of the referral. There is also the added benefit of our internal case management service and tracking reports. These services help Adjusters and Nurse Case Managers keep a close tab on their patients progress toward goals.
Physicians who use the Care Management Office appreciate the ease of referring their patients to therapy. The closest clinic to the patient is already figured out. The benefit information and authorization through the patient’s insurance is obtained. If we can’t reach the patient to schedule in 3 business days, the physician’s office is notified.
